2569 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 2569 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 2569 ("Platform", "us"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 2569 website, you expressly agree to comply with all provisions set out in this document.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately. 2569 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use after any such amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
This platform is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable Malaysian law.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access paid services on 2569, you are required to register a personal account. Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.
During registration, you must provide truthful, accurate, and current information, including your full name, phone number, and a valid payment method. 2569 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and may request supporting documents such as a national ID or bank statement for compliance purposes.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account password confidential at all times.
- All activity that occurs within your account, whether authorised or not.
- Notify 2569 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Keeping your account information up to date and accurate at all times.
2569 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
3. Platform Usage Rules
2569 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to access or manipulate the platform.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts, false information, or colluding with other users to obtain undue benefits.
- Engaging in any activity that may compromise the integrity of gameplay or the security of the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Sharing or transferring your account balance to another user without prior written consent from 2569.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where applicable.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 2569 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Supported deposit methods include FPX (compatible with all major Malaysian banks) and Touch 'n Go eWallet. Successful deposits are processed instantly once payment is confirmed by the payment service provider.
Regarding withdrawals, the following rules apply:
- Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered under the same user's name.
- Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
- 2569 reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected or if active bonus rollover requirements have not been met.
- Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals may vary by payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
2569 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by third parties, including banks, eWallet providers, or technical disruptions beyond our control. Any fees charged by third-party financial institutions are the user's sole responsibility.
5. Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
2569 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspicious activity, or at the request of relevant authorities. Where an account is closed due to user misconduct, any remaining balance may be forfeited at 2569's discretion.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, 2569 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 2569 platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, interfaces, and layouts — is the exclusive property of 2569 or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, republish, or use any such content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. 2569 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
2569 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest terms.
If you do not agree with any changes to the terms, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the 2569 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter will be referred to the appropriate courts of Malaysia.
