1. Information We Collect

When you register and use the 2569 platform, we collect several categories of information to keep the service running smoothly and securely:

Account Information: Full name, phone number, email address, date of birth and password (stored in encrypted hash form). This information is required to create and verify your account.

Payment Information: Details relating to the payment method you use, such as your bank name, partially masked account number, or registered eWallet. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). 2569 does not directly store full card numbers or sensitive financial information — this is handled by registered third-party payment providers.

Device & Browser Information: IP address, device type, operating system, browser version, screen resolution and login session data. This information helps us detect suspicious activity and improve platform compatibility.

Usage Data: Game records, active session duration, navigation clicks, in-platform searches and interactions with promotions. This data is used to improve the user experience and evaluate campaign effectiveness.

2. How We Use Your Information

2569 uses the information collected solely for the following purposes and never for any other purpose without your consent:

  • Processing account registration, identity verification and secure login operations.
  • Processing deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit and verifying transaction status.
  • Sending account-related notifications, policy updates, active promotions, and important security alerts.
  • Detecting and preventing fraud, unauthorised access, and activities that violate the platform's Terms & Conditions.
  • Meeting legal and regulatory compliance requirements applicable in Malaysia.
  • Improving platform functionality, testing new features and ensuring stable performance across all devices including mobile.

We do not use your data to sell to third-party advertisers or share it for marketing purposes without your consent.

3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The 2569 platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance the user experience. Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit our site.

We use three main types of cookies:

  • Session Cookies: Required to maintain your login status during an active session. These cookies are deleted automatically when you close your browser.
  • Preference Cookies: Storing user preferences such as language and display settings so you don't have to reconfigure them every time you log in.
  • Analytics Cookies: Used to understand aggregate navigation patterns and usage behaviour for platform improvement purposes. This data contains no personally identifiable information.

You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings. However, blocking session cookies may cause certain platform features to malfunction, including login and transaction processes.

4. Data Storage, Security & Sharing

How We Store Your Data

All 2569 user data is stored on servers protected with high-level encryption. Database access is restricted to authorised personnel only and requires two-factor authentication. Data that is no longer needed is disposed of in accordance with established security procedures.

Sharing with Third Parties

2569 does not sell, rent or disclose your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes. Exceptions apply only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Payment service providers used to process your RM transactions — they are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
  • Malaysian government or law enforcement authorities where required by law or court order.
  • Technical service providers (such as cloud intermediaries) that help operate the platform infrastructure — all bound by data protection agreements.

In all of the above cases, only the minimum necessary information will be shared.
